Changing personal workflow and habits is challenging, but we need to find ways to transition GenAI (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot) from being a novelty item with 100% employee awareness to becoming a cultural norm at work. No one is still using a manual typewriter. For many tasks that involve Words, Images, Numbers, and Sounds (WINS), the preferred starting tool should be GenAI or "the robots."
