AI is a powerful and fast collaborator. Here is another use case for improving individual productivity.
Like many professionals, I have several meetings each week where I use slides. The following two simple prompts have improved the quality of my presentations, and I now use both every time. (I use a paid version of ChatGPT, which allows file uploads, but these prompts also work with Claude, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot.)

Use This Prompt to Find Mistakes and Improvement Suggestions
Utilize this prompt to review a PowerPoint presentation for identify typos, grammar errors, and improvement suggestions:
**Task**:
Review the attached PowerPoint presentation for:
1. **Typos**
2. **Spelling errors**
3. **Grammar mistakes**
**Instructions**:
* Go slide by slide.
* For each slide with an issue, **list the original text**, the **suggested correction**, and a **brief explanation** (if needed).
* If a slide has **no issues**, note “No issues found.”
**Additionally**:
At the end of the review, provide **5 suggestions** to improve the overall quality and impact of the presentation. Focus on areas such as:
* Visual design consistency
* Clarity of messaging
* Professional tone
* Formatting
